Welcome to the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for the use of Be Healthy with Satish (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and/or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”, “your”, or “Client”) and Be Healthy with Satish regarding your access to and use of our website, consulting or coaching services and any related digital or physical products (collectively the “Services”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

2. Our Services

We provide wellness coaching services, nutrition advice, health check-ins, digital wellness materials and, when applicable, physical wellness products. Descriptions of services may be found on our website and/or onboarding documentation.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during registration and/or purchase.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, login details or personal portal access.

• You agree to follow our guidance, plans and check-ins sincerely and consistently when participating in coaching programmes.

• You understand that results vary by individual and depend on your effort, lifestyle, consistency and adherence.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

• Payment for Services is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• We operate a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for certain coaching and wellness programmes: If you follow the recommended plan consistently and do not see any noticeable progress within 30 days, you may request a 100% refund of your programme fee.

  • Eligibility for refund requires:
    i. Attendance of scheduled check-ins and consultations.
    ii. Following the nutrition and lifestyle plan as instructed.
    iii. Daily tracking of routine and progress honestly.
    iv. Sharing weekly updates or requested reports.

  • No refunds are issued once a plan or session has begun beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

  • Missed sessions without minimum notice (6 hours) are forfeited or cannot be rescheduled.

  • Digital materials (e-books, downloadable charts, etc.) delivered are non-refundable once issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, resources, plans, guides and intellectual property provided by us remain our sole property (or licensed to us). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

6. Use Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

• Misrepresentation of your identity or sharing of your access credentials.

• Attempting to undermine the service integrity, hacking, or interfering with system operations.

• Posting, uploading or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful or infringing third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific results, fitness outcomes or medical cures. You acknowledge that coaching is not medical therapy.
In no event shall our maximum liability exceed the amount you have paid to us for the relevant Services. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, amend or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
