Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Be Healthy with Satish, we primarily offer wellness coaching services, consultations and digital plans; however, if physical products are introduced in the future, the following shipping and delivery guidelines apply.

1. Delivery of Coaching Services

Once you complete your enrolment or purchase:

  • Your first consultation or onboarding call will be scheduled within 24–72 hours.

  • Personalized plans, lifestyle guidance and dietary charts are shared digitally via WhatsApp, Email or Client Portal.

2. Digital Products (Diet Plans, E-Books, Reports, etc.)

  • Digital materials are delivered via: Email, WhatsApp, Google Drive link or Client Dashboard.

  • Delivery Time: Within 1–3 working days after onboarding or assessment completion.

3. Physical Product Delivery (If Offered)

If we introduce physical wellness products or merchandise:

  • Shipping terms, delivery timelines and courier details will be mentioned at checkout.

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once an order is dispatched.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays and holidays.

4. Incorrect Contact Information

We are not responsible for delays in delivery if incorrect phone number, email ID or shipping address (for physical goods) is provided during checkout or registration.
