Thank you for choosing Be Healthy with Satish for your wellness journey. We are committed to providing guidance and support to help you achieve your health goals. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any plans, programmes, consultations or coaching packages.

1. Coaching and Wellness Consultation Services

Our services involve personal time, customised plans and ongoing support. Because these services begin as soon as you enrol, all coaching, consultation and wellness programme fees are generally non-refundable after the plan has started.

2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident when investing in your health. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on wellness coaching and nutrition programmes.
If you follow the recommended plan consistently and do not see any noticeable progress within 30 days, you may request a 100% refund of your programme fees.

Eligibility Requirements for Refund

To qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must:

  • Attend the scheduled check-ins and consultations.

  • Follow the nutrition and lifestyle plan as instructed.

  • Track your daily routine and progress honestly.

  • Share weekly updates or requested reports.
    This guarantee is based on genuine participation and effort, as results depend on lifestyle consistency.

How to Request a Refund

If after 30 days you believe you have not experienced any positive changes:

  • Email us at contact@behealthywithsatish.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Date of enrolment

    • Brief description of your experience

    • Proof of following the plan (progress logs/updates shared earlier)

  • Once reviewed, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Important Note:

If the plan was not followed consistently, or if communication check-ins were missed without notice, the guarantee does not apply, since results depend heavily on daily implementation and guidance follow-through.

3. Once the Plan Has Started

Once a plan or coaching session has begun (including the first consultation, assessment, or delivery of your personalised plan):

  • No refunds will be issued beyond the 30-day guarantee window, because personalised guidance, evaluation, planning and time investment are already provided.

4. Missed Sessions / Rescheduling

  • If you miss a scheduled call or session: You must inform us at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

  • Sessions missed without notice will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.

5. Program Transfers

  • If you wish to transfer your remaining programme sessions to a family member: Transfer is allowed only once.

  • The family member must agree to the same Terms & Conditions.

6. Digital Product Purchases (if applicable)

Any digital materials, diet charts, e-books, check-lists or downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Health and Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on individual lifestyle, consistency, medical condition and effort. No guaranteed results are promised, and refunds cannot be provided based on performance outcomes alone.
